Hands Across The Water

At the moment, Dean and Andrew are both in training for a journey of epic proportions…

On February 23, they’ll start a bike ride that will take them from Bangkok to Khao Lak, just north of Phuket. That’s 500 kilometres in 5 days!

And it’s all for a good cause of course. A GREAT cause in fact. Hands Across The Water is a charity that gives at-risk Thai children and their communities a helping hand. Their projects are tailored to meet local communities’ needs – for the long term. The work they do is focused on improving the lives of the kids and their communities- not just today and but for the future.

All money raised from this bike ride will be going towards building two new orphanages in Thailand. One boys home and one girls home, specifically for young children that have been rescued from sex slavery. We here at Online Results think that there is no other cause as worthy as getting kids out of the sex trade, and it’s something that’s very close to our hearts.

Dean and Andrew are riding with over 60 other people from Business Blueprint, an Australian based Business Group. Together they are aiming to raise $450,000, and every single penny of that money goes to Thai children and their community. Hands Across The Water does not spend any donors’ money on administration, staff costs, marketing or fundraising.

It’s an incredibly worthy cause, and it’s taken a lot of training to even attempt this massive undertaking. These kids can be “bought back” from the pimps that control them from as little as $300! Yes! $300 dollars will save a young child from a life of hell. And you can help…
